Position : Barista - Store# 18873, STRATHMORE

Role Overview : As a Starbucks barista , you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering your food & beverage craft, collaborating with friends, and meeting new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
• Perform various tasks within the store during each shift.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

• Ability to learn quickly.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
