As a Starbucks barista , you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment, mastering your food & beverage craft, collaborating with friends, and meeting new people every day. Summary Of Experience :

Basic Qualifications :

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Meet store policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Perform various tasks within the store during each shift.
