Job Description

Our Baristas are passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating warm, memorable experiences for every guest. They are skilled at crafting high-quality beverages while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and efficiency in their workspace. A successful Barista thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and consistently delivers service with a smile.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create a positive guest experience through friendly, attentive service
• Prepare all coffee and espresso-based beverages to standard, including hot and cold drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency when entering orders into the POS system
• Answer guest questions and make thoughtful recommendations on beverage options
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their beverages and overall experience
• Monitor inventory levels for barista supplies and communicate needs proactively
• Complete all opening, closing, and side duties thoroughly and safely
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Support the team with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and confident verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
