About the role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll gain leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. Your duties include day-to-day operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and more. Every day, you’ll aim to create uplifting customer experiences and motivate your team to prioritize excellent service.

  • Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering exceptional experiences
  • Maximise sales by leveraging team talents
  • Train and certify new Baristas
  • Learn and share new recipes and ranges
  • Maintain high standards in coffee quality and scores
  • Represent our brand positively
