Starbucks Canada in Niagara region is hiring a Barista to create the Starbucks Experience for customers through friendly service and crafted beverages. You'll work in an energetic store environment, learn the latest beverage recipes, and collaborate with friends to brighten each customer's day.

No prior experience required, but you should be a people person, able to handle cash, and committed to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and able to engage with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Experience or comfort with cash handling and transactions.
• Willingness to learn recipes and beverage preparation standards.

Responsibilities

• Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and crafted beverages.
• Master food & beverage craft in a fast-paced store.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and share responsibilities.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accuracy.
