Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Dorval, QC is seeking friendly hospitality team members for part-time and full-time roles in our airport retail and dining concepts. You will welcome guests, take orders, prepare beverages, and contribute to a fast, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/French communication with guests.
• Ability to take orders quickly and accurately in both languages.
• Experience handling payments and using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes the drink and food order of guests (in the language of their choice, English or French) within 30 seconds of them entering the café.
• Operate coffee making equipment. Cleaning and maintaining machinery, as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
• Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests.
• Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
