Responsibilities:

1. Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.
2. Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.
3. Ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment.
4. Making and maintaining consistently great coffee.
5. Dialing the grinder in the morning and monitoring it throughout the day, adjusting when needed.
6. Delivering high-quality customer service.
