We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and team-oriented Barista to join our high-volume retail environment. The ideal candidate delivers excellent customer service, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and contributes to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about food, coffee, and community.
Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a positive guest experience
Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to standards
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation at all times
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Assist with restocking, cleaning, and other team responsibilities
Support fellow team members and collaborate to meet service goals
Communicate customer feedback and ideas to the Store Manager and culinary team
Attend regular staff meetings, tastings, and team-building events
Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to work with a positive attitude
High school diploma or GED preferred
1–3 months of barista, food service, or retail experience (or equivalent)
Ability to speak and understand basic English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Basic math and computer skills
Must obtain or have a valid Food Handler’s card
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (if applicable)
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry items up to 40 lbs
Manual dexterity to handle equipment and ingredients
Clear vision and hearing for retail and team communication
Indoor setting with occasional outdoor movement between buildings
Moderate noise level from music, conversations, and group activity
Fast-paced, team-oriented, customer-focused
Part-time; hours vary depending on business needs
Availability on weekends and occasional evenings required
Expect between 0–29+ hours per week based on business demand
Overtime may be required during seasonal peaks
