Kibbi in Edmonton is seeking an experienced hair stylist to join our team. You will cut, style, and treat hair, plus provide scalp services and maintain a welcoming salon environment.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, receptionist duties, supervising junior staff, and offering tailored treatments. Evening and weekend shifts are available, with 35 hours per week and parking on site.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation required.
• 1–2 years experience preferred.
• Evening or flexible hours available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hair and scalp condition.
• Book appointments and manage bookings.
• Cut and trim hair per client instructions.
• Provide custom hair and scalp treatments.
• Shampoo customers' hair.
• Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
• Perform additional treatments like waving, straightening, tinting; scalp massages.
• Supervise other stylists and staff.
• Supervise apprentices in training.
• Clean and style wigs and hair pieces.
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair.
• Suggest hairstyles based on client features and preferences.
• Perform receptionist duties.
• Maintain and order supplies.
