Role Description

We’re looking for experienced, reliable, and passionate barbers to join the most dedicated team in Newfoundland. At Top Notch Barbershop, you’ll be working in a fast-paced, professional environment with a steady flow of clients and the opportunity to grow your income and your craft.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to every client

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment

• Stay up to date with modern techniques and styles

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience behind the chair

• Skilled in fades, classic cuts, and beard shaping

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated

• Must have a valid license or be enrolled in a recognized apprenticeship program

Qualifications

Luckily there is no barrier to entry for barbers in NL. You are not required to have a formal education or accredidation. All new hires will havw to complete an interview, complete one test haircut (skin fade) in the barbershop infront of the shop owner and be subject to a one month probationary period before formal employement begins.

We are currently in our busiest season, fantastic time to start and build clientele before the winter.
