Support for newcomers and refugees

• Assist newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
• Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to foster a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
• Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
• Conduct cultural competency and awareness training for all employees to promote inclusivity for Indigenous workers.
