13. Key Responsibilities:
14. Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service, supporting colleagues.
15. Support the Bar team by completing side duties, resetting work areas, running food orders, and taking food/beverage orders at the bar.
16. Assist guests with beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner.
17. Mix drinks and manage beverage stock according to guidelines.
18. Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, and preparation methods.
19. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
20. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
2. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant or bar is advantageous.
3. Must hold a valid BC Serving It Right Certificate.
4. Experience in high-volume luxury food & beverage bartending, ideally in a 4-5 Diamond AAA/CAA or Forbes 5 Star hotel, is a plus.
5. A Degree or Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality or Tourism is beneficial.
6. Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
7. Experience with Point of Sale systems is an asset.
8. Strong communication and organizational skills.
9. Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
10. Highly responsible and reliable.
11. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
12. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
13. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
