Description

The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with the smooth operation of the bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar for service by inventorying and restocking glassware, ice, disposable supplies, and other items.
• Assist with maintaining a perpetual inventory, including retrieving ordered items, unboxing and storing products, and securing empty bottles.
• Support the beverage team with the production of craft syrups, bitters, pickles, juices, etc.
• Replenish supplies during service, including beer, wine, liquor, snacks, juices, glassware, and ice.
• Change beer kegs and retrieve specialty wines/spirits from storage.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the bar surface between guests.
• Help serve guests as needed.
• Provide ware washing and transport equipment to keep the bar stocked during operation.
• Break down and clean the bar at the end of service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Additional Details

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.
