Job description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Your expertise in mixology and customer interaction will ensure that patrons enjoy their experience at our establishment. Duties
  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  4. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing.
  5. Manage inventory by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
  6. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
  7. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  8. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
  9. Provide professional expert recommendation of wine, cocktails and pairings.
  10. Ability of multitasking.
  11. Knowledge on espresso beverages preparation as an asset.

Experience
  1. Previous experience in food service or bartending is required.
  2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  3. Familiarity with TOAST POS and basic math skills for handling transactions.
  4. Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks during busy periods without supervision.
  5. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus, along with an understanding of restaurant operations.
  6. A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others create memorable experiences.
