About The Role

Are you looking for a fun and fast-paced working environment? Could you help us create lasting memories for our guests by providing an outstanding guest experience? If so, then look no further!

The Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and exceptional guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with setting up their bowling experience.
• Answer the phone and handle guest inquiries.
• Prepare food adhering to all recipes and specifications.
• Be aware of all promotions, specials, and current pricing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in after food delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, and responding to guest needs promptly.
• Answer and resolve lane stop calls efficiently while recording FPS.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Maintain records of daily operations with communication tools.
• Keep work areas clean, manage trash, and perform spot cleaning to exceed cleanliness standards.
• Follow all company policies, including health and safety procedures.
• Be polite and courteous with guests and team members.
• Communicate effectively with shift leaders and managers.
• Perform other duties as required.
