Job summary

Civeo Services Employees LP seeks a motivated Bartender/ Camp Attendant for Ft McMurray Village. The role combines beverage service, light food service, and room/laundry duties with a 20 days on/10 days off rotation. ProServe certification and strong hospitality background are essential for safe, compliant operation.

You will prepare cocktails and beverages, service patrons, manage bar stock, and ensure cleanliness while adhering to regulations and safety standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• ProServe Certificate is required.
• Minimum 5 years of bartender and food service experience in hotel/restaurant settings.
• Knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits.
• Familiarity with AB Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis policies.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb daily.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take and prepare drink orders, including cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Serve drinks and snacks, ensuring responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of bar area and equipment.
• Restock inventory and manage kegs, CO2, syrups.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Follow liquor laws and perform general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Perform room attendant duties and laundry-related tasks as scheduled.
• Review allocation sheets and address special requests.
• Report damage or theft to the Manager and follow safety procedures.
