Job Description

Joining us means you will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company! You’re a key team player collaborating closely with the rest of the bar team. You’ll learn our sought-after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. You’ll bring a professional, enthusiastic work ethic each day and contribute to setting our restaurants apart and creating a rave-worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

• You’re a strong communicator and conduct yourself respectfully with Servers, Hosts, and Bartenders
• You have a sense of urgency and can complete tasks quickly with ease
• You’re tuned in to your workspace and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization
• You’ll learn and carry out proper opening and closing procedures of the bar
• You’re able to multitask and assist the team with polishing and organizing glassware
• You’ll be proactive in checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels
• You’ll assist the FOH team with food running and interact with guests enthusiastically
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• SmartServe Certified
• Previous experience is desirable
• Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and/or Special Events Program is an asset
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and prioritize
• Strong oral communication skills
• High level of product knowledge
• Ability to maintain a professional sense of urgency
