Position Snapshot:

Assists bartenders by maintaining cleanliness and stock of the bar area, supporting prompt and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through food, drinks, and games.
• Keep the supervisor informed of issues and take corrective actions when needed.
• Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures, monitor guest behavior, and intervene when necessary.
• Follow portion control guidelines to manage costs while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Check back with guests after food delivery, maintain drink levels, clear clutter, and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Work efficiently, adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' philosophy.
• Deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Stock bar with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins.
• Maintain beer inventory and requisition sheets.
• Keep bar areas clean and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including party breakdowns.
• Participate in incentives and contests to promote sales and brand.
• Support team members as needed to meet business needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in hot and cold environments, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and wiping. Ability to work flexible days, nights, and weekends is required.
