Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational demands.

Qualifications
