Banzai Sushi & Teriyaki House is seeking F/T Food Service Supervisors.

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $18.50~$21.50/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 2

Work Location: 7724 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB T2V 1K2

Job Duties:

1. Supervise the activities of food service staff.
2. Establish work schedules and procedures for staff.
3. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
4. Provide training to food service staff regarding job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
5. Address customers’ complaints or inquiries.
6. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed.
7. Maintain records of inventory and waste control.
8. Assist in hiring food service staff.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
