Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper table decoration, food presentation, and smooth service
• Manage floor staff, ensure team members are in uniform and provide exceptional guest service
• Collaborate with event coordinators, solve problems during service
• Lead event supervision and execution
• Manage client interactions, including meetings, contracts, and billing
• Provide feedback and coaching to the banquet team
• Oversee room setups, including A.V. and bar arrangements
• Maintain rooms throughout service
• Manage bar and liquor orders
• Handle scheduling and labor costs
• Perform administrative duties such as invoicing, contracts, and customer inquiries
• Build positive team morale through effective leadership
