Job Description

As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service, supporting event set-ups, handling guest concerns, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring a clean work environment. Your role involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Food & Beverage, preferably Banquets or Conventions
  • Post-secondary education in Hotel / Food and Beverage Management is an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol in Alberta (18+), with ProServe certification
  • Ability to work on holidays, weekends, and nights as needed
