Role:

Provides efficient, courteous service to guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled. Performs as a team with other servers to provide excellent guest service.
2. Performs all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items such as condiments, filling salt and pepper shakers, cutting lemons, etc.
3. Works as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of functions.
4. Performs bus person duties to clear tables after guests have finished their meals.
5. Serves guests by taking and filling all food and drink orders as needed, maintaining a clean and neat venue.
6. Maintains proper sanitation practices.
7. Knows property information, including memorabilia.
8. Completes assigned side work, including cleaning and organizing areas, and returns lost articles to supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make effective decisions.
• Professional and positive demeanor.
• High energy level.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and 6-day work weeks when required.

Training:

Mandatory compliance training within 30 days of hire, including courses like Active Shooter Awareness, Counterfeit Currency Prevention, and others listed.

Working Conditions:
