The Banquet Porter is responsible for providing optimal service to exceed client expectations.As a member of the Banquet Porter team is responsible for the execution of all banquet
setups, refreshes and cleaning as per Banquet Event Order. Also is responsible for the service of all coffee breaks and cold food functions where there are 50 guests or less. The Banquet Porter performs duties as assigned by the Banquet Supervisors and Director of Food and Beverage as per the established standard operating procedures.
