As the Banquet Cook at Save on Foods Memorial Centre, you will work alongside our head chef in preparing buffet and catering meals for our guests at the Lion's Den, as well as the crews and performers at various concerts and events throughout the year. The banquet cook position has some excellent perks, including a great level of schedule flexibility, continuously changing menus, and the opportunity for a highly collaborative menu writing experience.

Ideally, you have recent experience in a high production kitchen or similar catering and event based roles. Availability on Fridays and Saturdays from noon-8pm is a huge asset, with the rest of the week being much more flexible.
