Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology program management experience in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, migration, and platform modernization.
• Strong communication and governance/risk management skills.
• Knowledge of banking products and custom services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology programs supporting banking products and cloud infrastructure modernization.
• Define program strategy, roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
• Drive digital transformation, cloud migration, and platform modernization initiatives from planning through execution.
• Align business and technology stakeholders on priorities, scope, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Promote secure, scalable solutions that support customer trust, operational efficiency, business growth, and compliance.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams in a hybrid work environment.
