Responsibilities

  • Maintain a hands-on role in day-to-day banking operations across multiple offices to ensure accuracy and service excellence.
  • Coordinate and distribute workload across the team, monitoring progress and timely completion of tasks.
  • Oversee high-volume workflows including bank reconciliations, PADs, dividends, interim and final disbursements.
  • Provide guidance and support in resolving complex banking issues and client escalations.
  • Clearly communicate performance expectations, priorities, and objectives to team members.

This role is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Banking Centre of Excellence and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused banking services.
