Position Overview : Citi’s Banking Group is seeking a 2026 Summer Analyst to join the Canadian Global Subsidiaries Group (GSG) within the Corporate Bank. The role involves working on our portfolio of local subsidiaries of large foreign multi-national clients, providing exposure to a range of corporate banking products and solutions.

Responsibilities include :

  • Analyzing and understanding the bank’s customers, including their financial condition and risk profile.
  • Researching companies and industries, performing due diligence on transactions.
  • Conducting financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and capital markets analysis.
  • Preparing marketing materials and presentations with product partners.
  • Staying updated on industry developments.
  • Coordinating with credit support staff for reviews.
  • Assisting in client presentations and developing informational memoranda.
  • Interpreting legal documents.

Qualifications :

  • Planning to obtain an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
  • Excellent relationship management, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
