Banking Consultant – Consumer

We're looking for passionate Banking Consultants to join our energetic Auckland-based team.

Is this your next role?

You’ll deliver exceptional service to prospective motor vehicle lending customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their loan application and answering any questions along the way.

Each Day You Will

1. Engage with customers, answering questions around motor or insurance.
2. Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions.
3. Accurately complete all required compliance checks and inquiries to ensure our policy, regulatory, and legislative obligations are met.
4. Make outbound calls to gather information, follow up on leads, and keep processes moving.
5. Roll up your sleeves to get things done.
