Job summary

ATB Financial in Calgary seeks a Client Service Representative to welcome clients, understand their financial needs, and connect them with the right resources. You will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring positive, efficient service and lasting client relationships.

The role is unionized and based at the Calgary Eighth Avenue Place branch, with occasional travel to nearby branches. Previous banking experience is preferred, and a Grade 12 education is required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduate with strong numerical aptitude.
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
• Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, offering tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and platforms to help manage their finances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues.
• Adhere to policies, regulations and securely process transactions.
