Our Vancouver office is seeking a mid- or senior-level associate to join our banking and finance team, part of a nationally recognized practice. Our lawyers handle a broad spectrum of banking and financial services, representing both lenders and borrowers in local, domestic, and international transactions across various industries. The team has expertise in corporate lending, acquisition finance, vessel finance, infrastructure and project finance, mezzanine, structured finance, asset-based lending, and real estate finance. We also advise publicly traded companies on debt finance and debt capital markets, including debt securities offerings, note programs, bank capital, liability management, and restructuring.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. 3 to 7 years of post-call experience;
2. Excellent academics;
3. Commercial awareness, strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach.
