What you’ll be doing
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer’s journey by proactively discovering their needs and listening to understand their requests.
  • Educating customers with relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Building comprehensive plans using a holistic approach to help customers achieve their goals.
  • Nurturing strong, long-standing relationships.
  • Developing, retaining, and growing the branch business by achieving individual and team sales goals that enhance the customer experience.
What you need to succeed
  • A passion and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment aligned with customer goals.
  • Ability to uncover and address customer needs.
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
