This role provides development opportunities. By obtaining your mutual fund representative license, if you don’t already have it, you’ll be able to progress and expand your responsibilities, especially by handling mutual fund transactions.

  • Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Advise and offer suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, insurance, and estate planning needs.
  • Support clients during mortgage renewal or renegotiation processes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management rules.

Your team

The branch is open one evening a week. Work schedules vary depending on team availability. This position reports to the Branch Manager and collaborates with experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.
