What is the opportunity?

This position leverages your client-focused advice expertise and problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction by assisting with banking, credit, and investment needs. As an RBC ambassador, you add value during key moments and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals. Whether teaching digital banking, onboarding new clients, or referring complex opportunities, your expertise creates meaningful client experiences and fosters loyalty.

What will you do?

  • Engage proactively with clients in branches and the community to identify needs, offer advice, and spot sales and referral opportunities.
  • Focus on client education, demonstrating technology to enhance experiences, drive sales, and retain clients.
  • Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions in response to their inquiries.
  • Listen actively to understand individual client needs.
  • Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners for business opportunities and referrals.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for client service.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build relationships and connect proactively.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and drive to succeed.
  • Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in building rapport and maintaining client relationships in finance or service industries.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
