Salary range:$88,700.23 - $125,700.07 annually

BC’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner (BCOHRC) exists to address the root causes of inequality, discrimination, and injustice in B.C. by shifting laws, policies, practices and cultures. We do this work through education, research, advocacy, inquiry, and monitoring.

The Manager, Education is responsible for developing and delivering BCOHRC’s educational resources and programs to prevent and eliminate discriminatory practices, policies and programs across the province. The Manager, Education works by centering community voices to inform learning initiatives for rights holders and duty holders using human rights-based approaches as well as climate justice and decolonizing principles.
