Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for bancassurance team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for bancassurance positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Foster strong relationships with banking partners to understand their training and recruitment needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to bancassurance team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure training programs are current and compliant.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on training and recruitment activities to senior management.
