Job description

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve sales goals
• Open and close the store
• Ensure stockroom is organized and set up properly for staff to access merchandise easily
• Assist management in overseeing daily store operations
• Balance sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management responsibilities
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with all departments, stores, colleagues, and staff
• Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately
• Support, follow, implement, and enforce store operations manual; provide feedback for updates
• Enforce all sustainability policies implemented by the company locally and globally

STOCK, INVENTORY & LOSS PREVENTION MANAGEMENT

• Partner with Stock Associate, Operations Manager, and Sales Team to minimize store shrinkage through sound operational practices
• Ensure cash registers and safes function properly; enforce standards for cash handling and timely bank deposits

VISUAL MANAGEMENT

• Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising as directed by Store Manager or direct supervisor, according to company standards
• Ensure communication of visual standards from corporate to the team as needed

STORE MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

• Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the store interior and exterior
• Maintain high standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies
• Ensure proper inventory levels of supplies at all times

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals individually and as a team
• Strong business acumen and passion for the fashion industry
• Strategic vision for business development and high personal performance
