Job Description

AIM-Recyclage is seeking a Scale Clerk for its Granby site. The Scale Clerk will monitor receipts and shipments of materials through the entry and exit of trucks/trailers. Responsibilities include weighing equipment, issuing weighing tickets, and providing excellent customer service.

• Greet customers;
• Weigh materials;
• Create delivery notes using the software;
• Answer and redirect phone calls as needed;
• Prepare shipping documents;
• Track material shipments;
• Generate reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service;
• Experience in transportation (asset);
• Proficiency in Excel.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with shifts from 8 am to 5 pm Tuesday to Friday, and 8 am to 12 pm on Saturday;
