• Adhere to cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature logging, and food safety procedures.
• Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Handle ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/pricing/labels.
• Prepare bakery items per thawing/baking guidelines for quality and display.
• Maintain safe and secure displays.
