Responsibilities

• Meet customer needs and special requests by providing products that exceed expectations.
• Promote sales in the bakery section by ensuring variety and freshness of products.
• Ensure product content and presentation are exceptional.
• Design and implement a seasonal marketing campaign.
• Decorate the service counter for holidays to look appealing.
• Create new cakes and decorate them per customer requests.
• Plan production to meet store needs.
• Plan and monitor purchases to optimize quality, production and profits.
• Use baking tools and equipment safely.
• Adhere to and apply food safety standards and protocols.
• Provide exceptional, courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
• Keep work areas and equipment clean.
• Perform any other related duties.
