Your Independent Grocer at Ottawa, part of Loblaw Companies Limited, is seeking a talented Manager to lead the department, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, unionized retail environment. You will coach and motivate colleagues, maintain merchandising and operational standards, and be accountable for departmental sales targets and financial objectives.
