Job summary

Your Independent Grocer in Bracebridge, Ontario, is seeking a Talented Passionate Leader to join as a Manager. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and lead a team in a fast-paced, unionized retail setting.

In this role, you will manage daily operations, coach staff, and uphold merchandising standards while meeting financial objectives. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in retail or food service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and loyalty building.
• Prior department-specific management experience preferred.
