Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Bakery Department's quality and visual appeal of bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls.
• Keep the department fully stocked and ready for business.
• Ensure merchandise is signed and priced correctly.
• Follow cold chain, thermometer calibration, temperature recording and food handling procedures.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation rules and cleaning protocols.
• Follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, signing, labeling and pricing.
• Prepare bakery items by thawing and baking according to guidelines to ensure quality.
• Ensure all displays are secured safely.
