Job Title: Bakery Assistant

At Bonne Amie, we’re all about crafting delicious, natural, and organic baked goods, and we need a dedicated, energetic, and hardworking Bakery Assistant to help bring our creations to life! If you enjoy baking, love a good pastry, and are ready to get your hands a little floury, keep reading!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in the making of our artisan breads, pastries, and treats.
• Follow our secret (well, not so secret) recipes to bake up consistent, top-notch goods.
• Mix, shape, and bake dough like a pro (we’ll teach you the ropes if you’re new!).
• Keep the bakery sparkling by helping with cleaning, dishwashing, and general maintenance.
• Stay on top of ingredient stock and help prep for the day ahead.
• Work closely with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A love for all things baking and an appreciation for natural, quality ingredients.
• Previous bakery experience is a plus, but if you’re willing to learn, we’re excited to train you!
• Attention to detail is key; we want every treat to be perfect.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg (flour bags aren’t going to carry themselves!).
• Ready to hustle early morning or evening shifts.
• Driver's licence or reliable way to get to work (we are not too close to public transportation).
