Your Role as Baker

As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will lead our freshness commitment. Bakers start with an empty bakery and leave with artisan bread and treats for the community. No experience necessary—just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following recipes
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and contribute to a great customer experience
• Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mold and shape dough, operate ovens

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking continuously during tasks
• Lifting up to 22 kg frequently
• Turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending as needed
• Lift at least 2.5 kg to 1.7 meters height
• Use of hands, wrists, and occasional forceful gripping
