About the Role

As a Bakery Production Assistant, you will work with our experienced Bakery team to prepare high-quality bakery products, including artisan breads, pastries, cookies, and muffins. This role offers a fun and creative baking environment with personalized customer service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Follow company procedures, standards, and policies
• Greet customers politely and provide excellent service
• Prepare bakery items according to recipes and standards
• Receive, store, and rotate inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment
• Assist in filling bakery showcases

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Availability to work any scheduled time, including Sundays (Alberta only)
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Constant standing, walking, and reaching
