WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

This position involves working in one or more resort kitchen locations, including Restaurants, Conference Services, Quick Service Restaurants, Golf Leaderboard, or Death Cookies.

• Setting up the station for service, including back prep. Stations may include baking, grilling, deep frying, and salad stations.
• Preparing and cooking or baking according to the Executive Chef’s recipes and station guides, in large or small quantities.
• Assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie as directed.
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy workstation.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Some high school education completed.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of prior kitchen experience.
• Knowledge of safe handling, use, and storage of kitchen tools and equipment.
• Basic numeracy and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
