Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Baker to join our production team in Vancouver. You will prepare and bake high-quality bakery items, follow Tim Hortons standards, and assist with guest service as needed.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask across prep, production, and finishing tasks, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), a group benefit plan, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Prepare and bake high-quality products to Tim Hortons standards with speed and consistency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guides, and production schedules to keep every batch on track.
• Maintain strict food safety practices and keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Monitor and control baking processes including dough/proofing, temperatures, and timing.
• Use and safely operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers.
• Support fast-paced shifts by multitasking across prep, production, and finishing tasks.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and rotate ingredients using FIFO to reduce waste.
• Work with a team mindset and communicate clearly during busy rushes.
• Adhere to all company policies, quality expectations, and legal compliance requirements.
• Be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as scheduled.
