• Perform general oven duties and dough checks.
• Prepare materials and ingredients for production.
• Scale and shape bread, loaves, and pastries.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of workstation and kitchen.
• Ensure safe and hygienic work environment for staff and guests.
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies.
• Inform supervisors when equipment malfunctions or stock is low.
• Complete production, usage, and waste reports.
• Other related duties as assigned.
