Job summary

COBS Bread in Canada is hiring Bakers to join a small team that bakes from scratch each morning and shares in the community’s love of fresh bread. You’ll start with an empty bakery and help fill it with artisan bread and treats for customers.

No experience required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. This role offers flexible hours, training through Bronze and Silver baker development, and opportunities to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• You are an early riser who can work independently or as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Bake each morning as part of a small team following carefully crafted recipes.
• Keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience.
• Read production schedules, measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and run everything through the ovens.
